BOOKING POLICY

Fees for cancellations and rescheduled bookings

1.  If you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson booking, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice.

2.  If you do not give at least 24 hours’ notice of your intention to cancel or reschedule a booking. 100% of the lesson fee will be charged if you give less than 24 hours notice.

Lateness

3.  If you are late to a lesson booking, we have the right to:

  • a. only provide our services for the period in which the lesson was booked (ie, if you booked a 1-hour lesson and you are 15 minutes late, we have the right to only provide a 45-minute lesson); and
  • b. cancel the lesson if we have not been provided reasonable notice that you are going to be late, or if we consider that reasonable notice has not been provided.

4. Any bookings cancelled because of lateness will be charged 100% of the lesson price.

Our rights

5.  We reserve the right to:

  • a. cancel or reschedule a lesson booking subject to providing you with reasonable notice;
  • b. refuse to provide a lesson in circumstances where we reasonably determine that you are unfit to operate a motor vehicle; and
  • c. refuse to provide a lesson or perform our services if a client is rude or aggressive, as any such behaviour will not be tolerated.

6. Any decision by us in relation to paragraph 5 above will be at our discretion.

7. If your lesson is cancelled or ended prematurely because of any of the behaviour above, we have the right to charge you 100% of the lesson price.

Packages

8. All lesson packages expire in one year after the date of purchase.

Refunds

9. If you are unable to attend a lesson booking and you have provided more than 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your booking to another time (subject to our availability).
